Good customer support. The only thing is that the swap fee is becoming high.

The platform is excellent, however, I miss some more stocks that can be traded. Options are also needed.

The charges are too high

Equiti used to be a really good platfrom when I first started using them about a year ago till they started acting up, stopped responding to requests, delayed in trade orders and so much more. Lost quite a lot in my accounts with them, investigations were conducted... Then after a while my it was resolved in my favour.
