Nice market conditions, terrible backoffice experience

Its a really good broker so far. The spreads are good and customer service is amazing. I have been looking for a broker for a while now and looks like I have found the perfect one.

I really like the instant deposit and I get the withdrawal within a short time. What they can improve is just to give clients a bonus for the first deposit if possible.

One of the things I dislike about the trading platform is the annoying pop-up chat bot. It is in your face at the most inopportune time and you have to physically click to get rid of it.
